This is the latest weapon to enter britsih army service, the L115A1 Long Ranged Rifle, one of the most if not the most accurate rifle in the world with an efective range of 1000 meters, 10 football pitches long, the rifle comes with a suppressor as standard as you can see mounted on the end there.

I will render this when I get my new PC and It should look very good, I found a new way of displaying my sketchup models by exporting not screenshoting, this increases the pixel count and wraps it up nicer.

Also - All moving parts move, the magazine is full of bullets, lovely bullets, the bolt has a firing pin spring etc...etc...

Nice and well done model... the AS50 the best sniper rifle... in the 50 cal range for now...

Having fired the AS50 I found it to be a little rough on the shoulders. I have fired the L11A3 along with many other sniper rifles. AS50 however seems to have gone for more rounds down range then actually accuracy. Sure its a great rifle no doubt about it but I think they sort of missed the mark.

A TAC-50 could out-shoot an AS50 based on accuracy any day.
